Return & Exchange Policies

Thank you for choosing YNZAL! Our courteous and knowledgeable staff is here to help you both before and after your purchase our product! Ynzal prides itself with an outstanding customer service and support. It is our goal for you to always consider us as your first choice as source for the products and services we offer.

It is important for our customers to understand the standards that have been established within our industry regarding the terms and conditions of a sale. The purchases of computers, peripherals, software, and other consumer electronics are subject to manufacturer restrictions which may be different from other product purchases you transact.

Most of the products sold by Ynzal are subject to a manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty provided by the manufacturer is the first place to look for assistance with difficulties that may accompany your purchase. To obtain information regarding manufacturer’s warranties, please contact us at customerservice@ynzal.com, or call us at 413-7579. We encourage you to request information from any of our staff about extending the service period on any of the products (specifically Apple) that you purchase.  

Custom Configurations/Special Order Products

No returns or refunds will be made for items that are on Order Basis that are special ordered for you or for Build-to-Own (BTO) custom configurations of systems. We normally have customers sign a Non-Cancellation Form prior to every sale of these products.  

Software

Opened software: Opened software is not returnable. Unopened software, after 7 days upon receipt of product, is also not returnable. All licensing sales are final.

Defective Software: Defective software installers (or media kits) may be returned within 30 days of invoice date only for exchange of the same item. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping charges on returned software are the responsibility of the customer.

License software: All orders for Software Licenses are Final. We normally have customers sign a Non-Cancellation Form prior to every sale of any form of software licenses.

How to Return Products 

Ynzal will allow a return for refund of most items within 7 days from date of receipt of product as long as you agree to pay a 15% restocking fee*, less the original shipping charge. Items returned incomplete or not in original condition may be subject to additional fees or returned to the customer as non-refundable. Customer is responsible for international shipping costs to return item to their foreign manufacturer (for goods sourced  abroad). We are not able to offer refunds for Custom Configured (or build-to-own) products, clearance items, special order items, media, consumables, or opened/used software.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

*We assess restocking fee because it costs time and money to process returns and Ynzal works hard to provide quality products at the most competitive prices around to all of our customers. The restocking fee allows us to keep our prices low for everyone while still accommodating those who may need to return an item for a refund. Please be certain that you want an item before buying as it is not our preference to charge customers this fee.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping charges on returned products are the responsibility of the customer. Ynzal will match the shipping method and pay for shipping charges on replacement or exchange products. Shipping charges are not refundable. In addition, refused orders may be subject to additional shipping charges to cover the cost of returning the products to Ynzal. A minimum restocking fee of 15% may be applied to products returned as defective that test to be operational upon return. Additionally, any return that has missing accessories or is incomplete in packaging will be subject to the minimum 15% restocking fee.

Request for an RMA Number:

Ynzal will replace most products determined to be defective, regardless of the manufacturer, within 7 days from receipt of items. After 7 days, the manufacturer’s warranty applies and you will need to contact the manufacturer for fulfillment of the warranty they provide. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the item. In most cases, Ynzal will pay to ship out the replacement item by the courier of our choice. Computers and multi-component products returned as defective will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Ynzal.

If you receive an item from Ynzal and would like to return it, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To obtain an RMA, please contact our Customer Service Representative before returning your product to us. Your request will be responded to by an Ynzal Customer Service Representative within 24 Business Hours. Upon approval of the request, you will be issued the Return Merchandise Authorization number that is required to track your merchandise return.

Please have the RMA number that you are issued clearly marked on the outside of the package you are returning and include a copy of your original invoice inside the package with the item returned circled. Items must be returned complete, unaltered, and with original product materials and packaging to prevent the possibility of additional fees or possible rejection of the item. ALL RMAs must be returned to Ynzal within 7 days from the date RMA is issued. Failure to return a product within such 7 business day authorization period will be deemed to be an acceptance of the product.

When returning any item, the choice of return carrier is yours. Be aware that the shipping time involved varies with each carrier and method so choose accordingly as not to exceed the return time allowed. You should also insure all shipments as Ynzal is unable to process or reimburse you for a return shipment lost or damaged while in transit to us.

If an item that is ineligible is returned, the cost to return it back to you, is yours.

Upon its receipt, the RMA is processed so a replacement item can be shipped back to you. We will also test the item you have returned to confirm that it is defective. If it is not defective, you will be contacted to determine how we should proceed. If it is defective, a replacement will be sent out immediately as long as the item is in stock.

Shipments without a valid RMA number visible will be refused and returned unprocessed to return address. An RMA attempted for delivery outside the specified time allowed may be refused at the sole discretion of Ynzal.
