We ship both from our main office and directly from many of our distributors and manufacturers to insure the best availability. If your order is unavailable in our central warehouse, we may ship from one of our distributor or manufacturer partners to provide you with the best availability possible. When the product is shipped from these different locations cut off times may vary, and your chosen shipping method may not be available.
Our carrier initially is exclusive to Air21 in addition to our in-house delivery team. It will be expanded to include other leading carriers as our volume steadily grows.
Please review our shipping options and policies, and plan your purchases accordingly. Due to special package requirements we may not be able to ship products to certain areas or be constrained on our shipping options. Ground Service within Metro Manila
Ground Delivery for all shipments within Metro Manila has a flat rate of P150. Average delivery time is next business day (for all items on stock). Delivery to some remote residential areas may take additional days. You may also want to Pick Up ordered items from our office if you so wish.
2-3 Day Shipping
Available to all major cities and provinces for a flat rate of P300. Cut off time is 2:00pm daily to ship with an average delivery lead time of 2-3 business days.
*Ordered items' dimensions should fit on a regular shipping box and must NOT ship to a remote shipping address. Otherwise Oversize/Overweight Shipment and Remote Shipping Locations conditions apply.
Oversized or Overweight Shipments and Remote Shipping Locations
Shipments whose dimensions or weight exceed our normal services are subject to freight charges and limitations that vary by product, location, and freight receiving facilities at the ship to address. Our Customer Representatives will quote you preferential freight cost for your approval prior to shipment. If you have an established account with other couriers, we can also ship to you on a "Freight Collect" basis.
Credit Approval
Credit approval and order transmission can take several minutes, and may take longer for new customers and/or larger orders.
Saturday Orders
Phone orders placed and credit approved on Saturday (for items in stock, not requiring configuration) will ship for Monday morning delivery. Otherwise, the above policies generally apply to orders taken by phone.
Signature, ID, and Physical Address
All orders require presentation of valid identification cards and a signature upon delivery. Therefore, a physical address is needed. We do not ship to a post office box address or hotel/motel rooms under any circumstances.
For Credit Card orders, we require that Cardholder receives the item/s personally upon delivery. For whatever reasons he/she could not do so, a signed authorization letter must be faxed/emailed to us prior to delivery together with a valid cardholder ID.
Rerouting
Packages cannot be rerouted once shipped for customer security and logistical reasons.
